Hello, and welcome to another iSchool tutorial.
Today we're going to be taking a look at how to move all of your messages from any email account into your UTmail account.  That's the account that ends with @utexas.edu.
We're going to be using gmail's built in POP feature.  For those of you who already know you do not want to POP your email into UTmail, this is not the tutorial for you.  Check out one of our others.
For those of you who are ready to continue, we'll start off by going to gmail.com.
At gmail.com we're going to login to our UTmail account.
And sign in.
Once logged in, we're going to run up to the settings button.  In the top right, that is this dropdown with the gear symbol on it.
Beneath there, we'll run down and select Settings directly.
Inside of settings we want to click on the Accounts title.
And beneath accounts, we want to scroll down till we get to check mail from other accounts using POP3.
If you have no other accounts selected previously, added for POP 3, this is what it will look like.
And will click  on Add a POP3 mail account you own.
THis is the window that will pop up.
We'll note right here, gmail tells us, that we can have a maximum of 5 email accounts set up to POP into UTmail.
If you have none set up previously, it's going to tell us we can add 5 more.  If you have more already setup, it will tell you how many you have left.
I'm selecting my iSchool email address to POP over here.  If you have another email account you'd like to POP over, plug in that information right here.
Click on next step.
